Return and Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged please notify Customer Sevice upon receipt at sales@organiclivingfood.com or 1-877-922-FOOD (3663) for prompt resolution and instructions.
Due to the nature of our food products we cannot accept opened items for return. If you buy more than one of the same item and do not like it, please return those unopened items for a full refund less shipping costs.
All returns must be pre-approved to insure credit is given to your card or account. No exceptions! Refunds will be provided by the same means as payment. Note: Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credits to show up on your credit card statement. All returns must be applied for within 10 days of receipt of product.
In the unlikely event we ship a product that is defective we will offer a 100% refund including shipping. We may require the product be shipped back to us and, in such case, you will be provided with a shipping label.
Delivery Policy
Currently, we ship anywhere in the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii. Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order insured by UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. We will soon offer shipping to Canada. We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
We offer a choice of delivery methods - UPS ground, UPS air, and US Postal Service Priority Flat Rate. Please call for shipping costs (non-standard shipping) on the following order types:
1) Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii (we can save you money by shipping via US Postal Service)
2) Shipping to Post Office Boxes (UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes)
Shipping and Handling Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method chosen plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.
Recycled Packaging
We reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of 100% recycled material. We use clean waste paper collected from local sources and 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts" to help protect your order during shipping. Our bubble wrap is also recyclable and reuseable.
