Return and Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged please notify Customer Sevice upon receipt at sales@organiclivingfood.com or 1-877-922-FOOD (3663) for prompt resolution and instructions.

Due to the nature of our food products we cannot accept opened items for return.  If you buy more than one of the same item and do not like it,  please return those unopened items for a full refund less shipping costs.

All returns must be pre-approved to insure credit is given to your card or account.  No exceptions!  All returns must be applied for within 10 days of receipt of product.

In the unlikely event we ship a product that is defective we will offer a 100% refund including shipping.  We may require the product be shipped back to us and, in such case, you will be provided with a shipping label.
